Thay đổi hình thức thanh toán phí thị thực Anh Quốc từ 16/12/2013

UK Visas and Immigration is embarking on a programme of modernisation, which includes moving to an online application process where almost all customers around the world will apply and pay for their visa online.

Bộ phận Nhập cư và Thị Thực Anh Quốc đang tiến hành chương trình hiện đại hoá bao gồm quy trình nộp hồ sơ thị thực trực tuyến để đảm bảo hầu hết tất cả các khách hàng trên thế giới có thể nộp hồ sơ và thanh toán phí thị thực trực tuyến.

Customers in Vietnam already apply for their visa online. From December 16, customers in Vietnam will also be required to pay for their visa online, using either a MasterCard or Visa card or e-wallet where available. Additional online methods of payment are expected to become available over time, including other payment cards and e-wallets. Online payment will be mandatory for all customers and other methods of payment, including payment at the visa application centre, will no longer be accepted.

Đương đơn ở Việt Nam đã nộp hồ sơ theo hình thức trực tuyến rồi. Từ ngày 16/12/2013, đương đơn tại Việt Nam sẽ bắt buộc nộp phí thị thực trực tuyến, sử dụng các loại thẻ MasterCard, Visa hoặc ví điện tử. Các hình thức thanh toán trực tuyến khác sẽ được áp dụng trong thời gian tới, bao gồm các loại thẻ thanh toán và ví điện tử khác. Hình thức thanh toán trực tuyến này áp dụng bắt buộc cho tất cả các đương đơn. Các hình thức thanh toán khác bao gồm nộp phí tại trung tâm tiếp nhận hồ sơ thị thực sẽ không còn được chấp nhận nữa.

Whilst we recognise that this limits the payment options for our customers, it will be a much more streamlined application process and is consistent with a wider global trend to online transactions and payments. It meets the requirements of the UK Government’s Digital by Default initiative and will help cut costs in the management of the visas operation, which in turns helps to keep visa fees down. It will also be a safer system for both customers and staff as it reduces the risk associated with handling large amounts of cash during the visa application process.  The new system will also streamline our own services and deliver operational efficiencies and savings. The Home Office is moving towards online being the basic service offered worldwide – providing consistency across the world and preventing any countries from being “left behind”. 

Mặc dù chúng tôi nhận thấy hình thức này sẽ giới hạn lựa chọn hình thức thanh toán của các đương đơn, hình thức trực tuyến này giúp quy trình hồ sơ đơn giản hoá hơn và phù hợp với xu thế toàn cầu về giao dịch và thanh toán trực tuyến. Nó đáp ứng yêu cầu của Chính Phủ Anh và giúp cắt giảm chi phí trong việc quản lý vận hành hệ thống thị thực, nhờ đó sẽ giảm chi phí thị thực xuống. Hệ thống này cũng an toàn hơn cho cả đương đơn và nhân viên thị thực do giảm được rủi ro liên quan đến việc xử lý số lượng tiền mặt lớn trong quá trình nộp hồ sơ thị thực. Hệ thống mới này sẽ đơn giản hoá dịch vụ của chúng tôi và mang lại hiệu quả điều hành, tiết kiệm. Bộ phận Nhập cư và Thị Thực Anh Quốc đang hướng đến trực tuyến là dịch vụ cơ bản áp dụng trên toàn cầu – tạo nên tính nhất quán và đồng nhất.

In Vietnam, customers will pay for their visa in $US dollars although we expect further currency options to be made available, including sterling, at a later date.

Đương đơn tại Việt Nam sẽ thanh toán phí thị thực theo đồng đô la Mỹ, các ngoại tệ khác, bao gồm tiền bảng Anh, sẽ được triển khai sau.
